Luke Days Volunteers Needed

Get involved in a volunteer opportunity at Luke Days 2024 - Saturday, March 23rd and Sunday, March 24th at Luke AFB. Groups are needed to help operate the food, beverage, and merchandise concessions during the air show.

Positions:

Parking – Controlling on base parking lots and who is parking in those lots

Hospitality – Prepping food and assisting Air Show Particpants

FOD Clean-up – Walking routes to ensure trash is cleaned up off the flight line

Restroom Resupply – Ensuring all restrooms are stocked properly to support visitors on the base

Food booths – Working the food booths to serve food to visitors.

Sign-up Instructions:

1. Download and fill out the Volunteer Agreenment Form
2. Check the box for Appropriated Fund Activities box at the top of the form
3. Fill in all information for parts 1, 2, and 3.
4. Email your completed form to:  [email protected]
5. Download the Signal App, a secure messaging service, in order to create groups and have contact with all volunteers.
6. Sign up for your shift using the link or QR code below.
